FESTIVAL
It has been the custom for the past few years for Gaia Ceramics to organise an open festival, in an extraordinary place in the Old Town, called Halil Bei Mosque.
There we introduce to people the art of ceramics through various activities, which marks the opening of the new school season.
FRESH PASTA
We had a very special evening where a chef guided us through the preparation of handmade fresh pasta, which of course we served in our ceramics.
KREY OPEN SEMINAR
In collaboration with the Archaelogical Museum of Kavala we organised a seminar open to the public, inside a very special place called Krey Area. The purpose of this event was for the people to explore the place while practicing ceramics with subject the 'Imprints in Time and Clay'.
TRACHANA SOUP
A traditional Greek soup is better when served in traditional ceramics. Having a chef guiding the preparation of this traditional dish, we enjoyed the different flavors and textures like the good old way.
VEGETARIAN ORIENTAL DINNER
A very special event took place in the local area of the Gaia Workshop,
when a yoga teacher with a specialty in yogic nutrition was invited and helped us prepare a vegetarian yogic/oriental dinner, served in handmade ceramics.
